Main functions:
- Support, develop and ensure the proper execution of recruitment and internal selection practices in compliance with standards, norms and established documentation, as well as the management of interviews (entry and exit).
- Manage and supervise the revisions of salary scales, as well as closely manage the documentation and update the information of updated forms with the market standards.
- Ensure the development and training of organizational leadership, as well as the staff as a whole, through performance evaluations and career development programs at the business level.
- Constitute a model to follow in the values, behaviors and attitudes that characterize The Hangar and its staff, as well as contribute to the rest of the employees and adopt and promote these values.
- Ensure the proper execution of policies, regulations and internal regulations already established for all personnel, as well as current labor legislation, and notify in a timely manner new changes or updates.
- Proactively inform business development opportunities that promote the strategic positioning of the company.
- Develop, implement and facilitate training programs, onboarding, social representation events, organizational resources and communication plans to support the organizational strategy.
- Previous experience in mediation, negotiation, argumentation and presentation.
Profile required:
- University degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources, Psychology or career related to the functions.
- Master in Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Communication or related areas, desirable.
- Minimum management experience of 3 to 5 years in multifunctional web development and software environments and / or with experience in the Service Center sector.
