Cloud Service Senior Engineer

Main functions:

Ability to communicate with customers
Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stake-holders
Ability to train and mentor other team members
Previous experience documenting technical concepts
Previous experience with self-paced project based work
Previous experience working with a remote manager

Profile required:

Technical skills:
Ability to troubleshoot at a Tier 3/Tier 4 level
Understanding of networking, virtualization and storage concepts
Preferred – knowledge of VMware, Citrix, and hybrid cloud providers
