Our client, a well‑known Costa Rican private investment group, is seeking to hire the position of:

CFO (United States)

Plan, execute, and report financial statements to the corporate office, the Operations Management team, and the Board of Directors.
Lead financial management, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards (US GAAP, IFRS).
Prepare executive reports and communicate effectively with senior management and members of the Board of Directors.
Oversee financial data analysis using advanced tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Define and coordinate financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Ensure the availability and reliability of financial information to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, as well as optimize financial processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
MBA or Master's degree in Finance preferred.
Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE) are highly valued.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience, including at least 5 years in financial management or leadership roles, preferably in the mobility sector or related industries.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
Advanced English, both spoken and written (mandatory); fluent or native level preferred.
Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, assertive communication, and results orientation.
Willing to relocate to Dallas, USA.
