Our client, transnational company in mass consumer products is hiring for the position:

OM Team Leader

Main functions:


  • Oversee day-to-day management of Order Management (OM) operations for North America, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.​
  • Provide daily guidance and support to the OM team, driving performance and accountability through scorecards and regular reviews.​
  • Ensure team coverage for vacations and holidays, maintaining service levels and customer standards.​
  • Manage communication and escalation with commercial channels, distribution centers, and transportation partners, maintaining regular performance tracking.​
  • Maintain and update documentation, including SOPs, training materials, and customer playbooks.​
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering growth and continuous improvement.​
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with audit standards and customer requirements.​
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and EDI teams to resolve issues, implement improvements, and support new customer setups.​
  • Analyze OM-driven claims and implement action plans to address root causes and prevent customer chargebacks.


Profile required:


  • Team leadership skills and a passion for people development.​
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written), both internally and externally.​
  • Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.​
  • Computer literacy and attention to detail.​
  • Presentation skills.​
  • Strong SAP experience and knowledge, especially in the OM module.​
  • Experience and understanding of common OM EDI logic and error codes.​
  • On-call/weekend support during emergency response events (such as hurricanes) will be required.​
  • Experience dealing with customers, ideally in the North America market.​
  • Ability and willingness to travel to the USA and Canada is required.
