Main functions:

• Develop and execute growth strategies to establish and expand the brand in Costa Rica by identifying market opportunities and building key client relationships.
• Oversee the setup and daily operations of the local office, initially managing a small team.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key players in the real estate, legal, financial, and regulatory sectors.
• Design and implement both digital and traditional marketing strategies to position the brand in the Costa Rican market.
• Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure full compliance with local legislation and escrow industry best practices.
• Participate in the strategic planning process to define medium- and long-term objectives for the Costa Rican market.
• Perform other related duties as required by the role.

Profile required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles within legal, real estate, financial, or escrow services.
• Proven track record in business development, client management, and identifying commercial opportunities.
• Previous experience in the real estate sector, legal firms, or financial services related to real estate transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• In-depth understanding of local legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks.
• Willingness to travel within Costa Rica.
