Our client, a leading company in the digital entertainment industry, is seeking to hire a professional to fill the position of:

Product Owner – CRM

Main functions:


  • Lead the development and execution of communication strategies focused on customer conversion, retention, and reactivation, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.​
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to enhance the user experience and maximize engagement.​
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in current strategies.​
  • Continuously measure the performance of CRM initiatives, making strategic adjustments based on results and analysis.​
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the optimal functioning of CRM tools.​
  • Stay up to date on trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and the online gaming industry.​
  • Conduct market research and monitor customer behavior to strengthen retention and loyalty strategies.


Profile required:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.​
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams or within agile frameworks, managing projects end-to-end.​
  • Over 3 years of experience in marketing product management, preferably in CRM for email marketing.​
  • English proficiency at a B2+ to C1 level.​
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Smartico, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.​
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (automation, advanced segmentation, and integrations).​
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS applied to email marketing and multichannel development.​
  • Advanced use of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, among others.​
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.​
  • Experience in the online gaming industry and knowledge of customer behavior and trends is desirable.​
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of complementary languages such as JavaScript or AMPscript (preferred).​
  • Availability to work 100% onsite in the Escazú/Santa Ana areas.
