Our client, a leading company in the digital entertainment industry, is seeking to hire a professional to fill the position of:

Processing Strategy, Optimization & Monitoring Lead

Main functions:


  • ​​Lead the definition, direction, and evolution of online payment processing strategies, ensuring the overall performance of solutions and their alignment with business objectives.​
  • Analyze behavioral and processing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.​
  • Define and implement optimization initiatives, including rules, thresholds, and continuous improvement roadmaps.​
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics aligned with organizational objectives.​
  • Continuously monitor the impact of integrated payment processors, evaluating results and adjusting strategy as needed based on data.​
  • Conduct ongoing research on payment processors across different regions worldwide.​
  • Coordinate with cross-functional areas such as marketing, operations, and technology for the implementation of payment processors, as well as customer communication.​
  • Ensure that solutions and monitoring practices comply with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.​
  • Maintain constant communication with providers and ensure that the technical requirements of acquired payment processors are met.


Profile required:


  • Preferred experience in Payments.​
  • Experience in strategy, optimization, monitoring, or performance roles within data-driven environments such as fintech or similar industries.​
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.​
  • Experience in defining KPIs, decision-making frameworks, and optimization initiatives.​
  • English proficiency at a B2+ to C1 level.​
  • Ability to perform in dynamic, high-demand environments and make agile decisions.​
  • Experience using dashboards, reporting tools, alerts, or performance monitoring processes (preferred).​
  • Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off.​
  • Availability to work 100% onsite in the Escazú/Santa Ana areas.
