Our client, Duracell, a leading company in the Consumer Goods industry, is launching the operations of its Global Business Services in Costa Rica and is hiring for the following position:

Global Learning Analyst

Main functions:

Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth and effective delivery of training programs.
Configure the LMS, manage user accounts, upload and organize
learning materials, and proactively implement quarterly system updates.
Create learning content including presentations, handouts, job aids, e-learning modules, and other training resources.
Upload, organize, and update training materials, courses, and assessments within the LMS.
Provide technical support to LMS users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive learning experience.
Generate reports on user engagement, course performance, and training effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with relevant learning regulations and internal policies.
Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve training programs.
Coordinate with Talent Partners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to support learning and development.
Manage logistics and communication for training events and sessions.

Profile required:

Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience managing an LMS and creating learning content.
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Experience in project management and delivering learning programs.
Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone), APIs, and integration tools.
Proficiency in content authoring tools such as Articulate and Microsoft Office365.
Strong skills in multitasking, organization, and meeting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with global users and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, especially in system configurations and data accuracy.
