Our client, Duracell, a leading company in the Consumer Goods industry, is launching the operations of its Global Business Services in Costa Rica and is hiring for the following position:

Accounts Receivable Cash Collection and Deduction Senior Specialist

Main functions:

Review customers open balances and contact customers for any past due balances in a timely manner.
Contact customers for past due invoices and invalid deductions in a professional manner while maintaining strong customer relations.
Provide timely follow up on payment arrangements.
Follow effective work processes so deductions can be researched and resolved timely.
Create and run accounts receivable reports.
Be held accountable for metrics on reducing customer delinquency and deduction resolution.
Dispute any invalid deductions taken by customers and collect payment due to the company.
New Customer Set-Up.
Trade Promotion Customer Payments.
Supports month-end close activities, prepares account reconciliations and reports, and contributes to process improvement and audit readiness efforts.

Profile required:

Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
At least 2 years of corporate collections and/or deduction resolution experiences.
SAP knowledge; HighRadius is a plus
Advanced MS Office skills: mostly advanced knowledge of Excel.
Strong competencies in: Analytical and problem-solving skills, detail and time-oriented, team player, excellent communication skills.
Advanced english proficiency.
