Our client, Duracell, a leading company in the Consumer Goods industry, is launching the operations of its Global Business Services in Costa Rica and is hiring for the following position:

Master Data Senior Specialist

Main functions:

Responsible for owning, maintaining, and consulting 4-5 MDM data objects (Customer, Pricing, Material (general and accounting data).
Act as Master Data subject matter expert (SME) – researching and resolving MDM issues for Europe and Americas.
Lead cross-functional teams to gather required information and execute Business master data requirements.
Enforce established data standards and guidelines.
Prepare Master Data load files and/or manually input the changes directly into SAP.
Responsible for following the governance of new products going into the system that do not meet the set business requirements.
Responsible for developing standards, guidelines, processes, and expertise to consistently address recurring strategic enterprise master data issues.
Engaging and collaborating with senior leaders and peers in evolving Master Data Management within the organization’s applications and processes.
Maintain business ready data in SAP and comply with service level agreements as defined in the team workflow.
Monitor recurring exception reports and initiate data clean-up opportunities.

Profile required:

Studies in Business, Economics, Finance, or other related field; or provable working experience.
At least 3 years’ experience.
Preferred experience working in an ERP environment SAP.
Preferred experience with SAP Master Data.
General knowledge of master data and how it applies to business.
Accurate data entry skills, attention to detail and follow-up abilities required.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Power BI knowledge and reporting capabilities nice to have.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours in peak seasons while working with international teams.
Advanced english proficiency.
