Main functions:

• Execute monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts to ensure timely and accurate reporting.​​
• Review trial balances and transactional details to investigate and resolve discrepancies while gaining a thorough understanding of financial operations.​​
• Analyze fluctuations in balance sheet and income statement accounts, delivering insights to support accurate financial analysis and reporting.​​
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial outlook efforts by providing data, analysis, and coordination support to various business units.​​
• Carry out key accounting functions such as lease management, accruals, reclassifications, reserves, tax activities, and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring accurate and compliant records.​​
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and internal control frameworks such as Sarbanes-Oxley and FCPA, while enhancing controls as needed.​​
• Support the implementation of new accounting procedures and promote process improvements by identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities, while ensuring internal deadlines are consistently met.​​
• Monitor adherence to internal reporting deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial deliverables.​​
• Carry out other responsibilities inherent to the role.

Profile required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.​​
• CPA certification is a plus, though not mandatory.​​
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a strong focus on monthly and quarterly close processes, journal entry preparation, and account reconciliations.​​
• Proficient in ERP systems, particularly SAP, and reconciliation tools such as Black Line.​​
• Demonstrates solid understanding of financial and accounting standards, including GAAP.​​
• Experienced in leveraging automated financial reporting systems and optimizing reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.​​
• Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and professionally.​​
• Open to working extended hours during peak periods such as month-end, quarter-end, and budget cycles.​​
