Our client, Duracell, a leading company in the Consumer Goods industry, is launching the operations of its Global Business Services in Costa Rica and is hiring for the following position:

Accounts Payable Junior Specialist

Main functions:

Month end close support to local team.
Recurrent meetings with budget owners to follow up open GR's/invoices.
Preparation of payment proposals to suppliers/employees.
Invoice/credit note processing through VIM.
Dispute handling with suppliers.
Supplier account reconciliation.
GRIR review and reconciliation.
Audit support.
Follow up of recurrent expenses and critical payments.
Direct debit posting and clearing in supplier account
Verbal validation (call-back) to confirm bank data with suppliers.
Invoice tax code review.
Document and maintain country specifics and processes.

Profile required:

Studies in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
At least 1 year working experience.
SAP knowledge is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office skills: mostly knowledge of Excel.
Strong competencies in: Analytical and problem-solving skills, detail and time-oriented, team player, excellent communication skills.
Advanced english proficiency.
