Our client, Duracell, a leading company in the Consumer Goods industry, is launching the operations of its Global Business Services in Costa Rica and is hiring for the following position:

Accounts Receivable Cash Collection and Deduction Specialist

Main functions:

Review customers open balances and contact customers for any past due balances in a timely manner.
Contact customers for past due invoices and invalid deductions in a professional manner while maintaining strong customer relations.
Provide timely follow up on payment arrangements.
Follow effective work processes so deductions can be researched and resolved timely.
Use the customer’s web portals to collect backup and information on deductions, invoices and payments.
Create and run accounts receivable reports.
Be held accountable for metrics on reducing customer delinquency and deduction resolution.
Dispute any invalid deductions taken by customers and collect payment due to the company.

Profile required:

Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
At least 1 year of corporate collections and/or deduction resolution experiences.
SAP knowledge; HighRadius is a plus.
Advanced MS Office skills: mostly advanced knowledge of Excel.
Strong competencies in: Analytical and problem-solving skills, detail and time-oriented, team player, excellent communication skills.
Advanced english proficiency.
