Our client is hiring for the following position in Costa Rica:

Procure-to-Pay Senior Manager

Main functions:

Lead and develop the team responsible for the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process: procurement, invoice processing, vendor management, and payment operations.
Set team priorities, monitor performance against daily and monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets, and provide ongoing coaching.
Manage escalation paths for complex or high-risk invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
Develop and implement P2P strategies, policies, and best practices.
Support ERP system implementations and upgrades to ensure alignment with business needs.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Manage P2P-related audits and risk assessments.
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.
Monitor and report P2P performance metrics and key performance indicators.
Resolve escalated issues related to procurement and payment operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Profile required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
More than eight years of experience in Procure-to-Pay or procurement operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes, including compliance and internal control standards.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead process improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in multi-site manufacturing and B2B environments is strongly preferred.
Availability to work in an office-based position in Costa Rica.
Required C1 English proficiency with strong conversational skills.
