Our client is hiring for the following position in Costa Rica:

Order-to-Cash Senior Manager

Main functions:

Lead and develop the team responsible for full-cycle Order-to-Cash operations.
Set team priorities, monitor performance against daily and monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets, and provide ongoing coaching.
Oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process across the Americas region.
Develop and implement O2C strategies, policies, and best practices.
Manage escalation paths for complex or high-risk invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
Ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and effective customer account management.
Monitor cash application accuracy and support initiatives to reduce bad debt exposure.
Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and billing cycle execution.
Track and report key performance indicators, including DSO, invoice accuracy, collection effectiveness, cash application accuracy, billing cycle time, bad debt percentage, and customer satisfaction.
Partner with Commercial and Customer Service teams to resolve invoicing and payment-related issues.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent billing and collections processes across regions.
Leverage technology and systems to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Profile required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
More than eight years of experience in Order-to-Cash operations, accounts receivable, or credit management.
Strong knowledge of credit management, accounts receivable, workforce planning, and performance management.
Proven experience leading and developing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and reporting to drive process improvements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in multi-site manufacturing and B2B environments is strongly preferred.
Availability to work in an office-based position in Costa Rica.
Required C1 English proficiency with strong conversational skills.
